Thomas Newman Scoring Skyfall?

No David Arnold this time around...While there's been no official word in the Bond camping at this time, it might appear that Mike Mendes is really searching to place their own stamp around the 007 franchise and Skyfall, with news site MI-6 confirming (through the Playlist) that he's employing regular collaborator Thomas Newman to consider over scoring responsibilities from current composer David Arnold. Arnold has been around control of the text musical seem since he was suggested to Tomorrow Never Dies director Roger Spottiswoode by 007 legend John Craig. Since that time, he's labored for each director as much as Quantum Of Solace's Marc Forster. He's been credited with assisting to modernise the franchise, getting a trademark mixture of orchestration and propulsive synthesised work.While it's surprising that Mendes might have introduced somebody new in because of the producers' charge of most Bond elements, it isn't difficult to understand why Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli might have given him the okay to employ Newman. With Difficulties, Judi Dench, Javier Bardem, Rob Fiennes, Albert Finney, Naomie Harris and Ben Whishaw all within the cast, Skyfall is shooting at this time and will also be on October 26.
